- Once materials have been delivered to the project site, they are non-refundable unless the client requests a return in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
- Any returnable materials will remain the property of PHR1 Construction L.L.C. until refund processing is complete.
2. Use of Independent Workers/Contractors
- PHR1 Construction L.L.C. may, at its discretion, acquire independent workers or independent contractors to meet project deadlines or to perform work that PHR1 is not licensed or authorized to perform.
- Independent workers/contractors are not employees of PHR1 Construction L.L.C. and are billed directly to the client as a pass-through service without markup or profit by PHR1.
- Independent workers/contractors are not subcontracted by PHR1 and are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permitting, and the work they perform.
- PHR1 Construction L.L.C. is not responsible for the personal actions of independent workers/contractors or work they perform.
3. Protective Measures

- PHR1 Construction L.L.C. may take photos or videos during the project to document work performed and conditions at the time of service.
- PHR1 Construction L.L.C. is not responsible for preexisting damage, wear and tear, or for damage, stains, or conditions caused by other contractors, service providers, residents, pets, or third parties in shared workspaces, walkways, or rooms.
4. Photography & Documentation
- PHR1 Construction L.L.C. reserves the right to take photos and/or videos of work performed, including before, during, and after the project, for documentation, quality control, and promotional purposes.
- These photos may be stored as part of the project record and may also be used for marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project completion.
5. Termination of Project
PHR1 Construction L.L.C. reserves the right to terminate, reschedule, or restructure a project into separate phases at any time if:
- The client or client’s representative denies reasonable access to the project site.
- The client fails to make scheduled payments.
- Conditions arise that create unsafe work environments.
- There are legal, licensing, or permitting restrictions preventing PHR1 from continuing work.
- The client or client’s representative threatens, engages in hostile, defamatory, or abusive behavior toward PHR1 staff, independent workers, or subcontractors.
- The client makes material changes to the project scope without a mutually signed change order.
- The client changes project plans or scope without allowing adequate time for planning and coordination, resulting in scheduling conflicts with other clients’ confirmed start dates. In such cases, PHR1 may terminate the project, reschedule it for a later date, or complete it in separate phases.
In the event of termination, PHR1 will process any applicable refunds for unused and returnable materials in accordance with the Material Returns policy above.
